The suspect is described as being between 18- 25 years old, white male, blonde hair and blue eyes sanding between 5'8" and 6'0" weighing between 160lbs and 190 lbs. The suspect is described as having a tattoo on the upper part of his back and wearing a Russell Brand silver track suit from Walmart.
